Please read these terms carefully before booking. By submitting a booking with Dorm Drop Storage, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Fees and Cancellations
Out-of-Window Fee
Pickups or drop-offs outside your scheduled period may incur an additional fee of $100–$500, depending on timing and logistics. Please stick to your scheduled window to avoid these charges.
Distance Fee
Deliveries or pickups outside of Kelowna will incur an extra delivery fee. Contact us before booking if you're unsure whether your address qualifies.
Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled pickup may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full refund
50% refund
No refund for unused months
Unused time is non-refundable

Right to Access Your Storage
Emergency Access
We may open boxes in cases of emergency, safety concerns, legal compliance, or to enforce these policies.
Student Access Requests
Students in good standing may request access to their items with 48 hours' notice, subject to applicable pickup/drop-off fees.
Payment and Terms
All bookings and payments are governed by this agreement between you ("Student") and Dorm Drop Storage facilitators.
By booking, you agree to our Terms and Policies. This represents the full understanding regarding the services provided.
Any changes must be agreed to in writing by an authorized representative.
In case of conflict between the booking form and these Terms, these Terms take priority.
Our Services
We provide the following to make storage simple and convenient:
- 1.
Delivery of packing materials (boxes, tape, etc.) to your residence.
- 2.
Pickup of belongings at your residence on the scheduled date within the pickup window.
- 3.
Secure storage at a facility managed by Dorm Drop Storage.
- 4.
Return of items to your residence on the scheduled drop-off date within the drop-off window.
