There are no hidden fees. Any extra charges (additional items, special requests, late delivery changes) will be clearly communicated in advance. Please do not hesitate to reach out.
Yes! Students who book together can receive special group pricing. Please refer to the services page.
Absolutely! Dorm Drop encourages group bookings, which make storage even more affordable. Here’s how it works:
One person acts as the group lead and provides the names of everyone in the group.
Provide the pickup address and contact information for each person in the group.
We’ll coordinate pickup and delivery for the entire group to make it smooth and convenient.
Discounts are applied individually to each member of the group, so everyone benefits.
Yes! If you find a lower price for the same storage size and rental period, we will match it. To be eligible:
The lower price must be verifiable (link, email, or quote) and the offer must be for the same storage package and duration.
How it works:
- Submit your offer by emailing us with proof.
- Once verified, we’ll match the price so you can book at the lower rate.
Note: Only one price match per rental. Excludes expired or private offers.
Please contact us in advance if you think you’ll need extra time, so we can adjust your booking and plan accordingly.
Pick-Up & Delivery
Yes! If you choose any of our storage services, it includes free scheduled pickup and delivery. We make it easy and stress-free to store your belongings over the summer.
After booking, we’ll coordinate a convenient time with you before move-out and before your return date.
Just let us know as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
Safety & Security
Your belongings are stored in a secure, weather-controlled, and insured facility equipped with surveillance cameras and monitoring systems. We take safety seriously and handle every item with care, so you can enjoy your summer worry-free.
Yes. As a student-run business, we treat your belongings with care and responsibility. Your items are handled carefully and stored securely.
All items are covered by our storage insurance. If any issues occur, contact us immediately. We will reach out to our insurance provider and do our best to resolve the situation fairly, ensuring a solution that protects your belongings and your trust in us.

We recommend booking early. Space is limited during peak move-out season.
